Excellent experience from start to finish! Juan was responsive, professional, and made the pickup and return process quick and hassle-free. Would absolutely rent from Juan again. He was an excellent communicator from start to finish, super responsive, and made the whole process seamless. The car was spotless when I picked it up and clearly very well maintained.
I did have the oil light come on during the trip, and Juan immediately drove out to me and fixed it on the spot, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and positive experience all around.
