I had a wonderful trip. The host began communicating early and clearly with pickup instructions and finding the vehicle.
The vehicle was very clean, smelled great and was in fantastic condition. The car ran well and was very comfortable.
Drop off was simple and painless.
I would definitely recommend and rent from this host again in the future!

The car was great. Ran wonderful, loved driving it.
But we were not advised that the car had a tracker on it. I am a single mom and my son got a notification on his phone about a non recognized tracking device.
We were in the middle of the desert and no city for an hour in each direction.
We finally found it when we pulled into the city and stopped in a Home Depot parking lot.
Underneath the spare tire. Deep under.
We deactivated it.
But was very hard to get ahold

Them or if a stranger placed this in our vehicle somehow.
I finally got ahold of Turo and they reached the owners but was a very long drawn out process.
The trip was great otherwise, this this part was very unsettling as it was not clearly communicated in the agreement.
