There was a parking ticket when we pick up the car

ticket has nothing to do with you. That's why in the instructions, we ask for eta from our guests so cars don't sit in the garage for too long otherwise property gives out tickets . It's just a propert ticket, not from the city so you're not responsible
Regarding to the location, you did not read any of the instructions. It's very clear. When you called me, it was clear you did not read the instructions bc as I explained on the phone as well, it was all in the instructions. Not a fair review!

I had a wonderful trip. The host began communicating early and clearly with pickup instructions and finding the vehicle.
The vehicle was very clean, smelled great and was in fantastic condition. The car ran well and was very comfortable.
Drop off was simple and painless.
I would definitely recommend and rent from this host again in the future!
