The car was great, but the experience was just ok. The directions to pick up the car on Turo are incorrect. Juan was great at communicating...until he wasn't. We got to the car and waited 45 minutes for Juan to unlock the car. Evidently his phone had died. I also specifically asked if there was a 110V power chord in the car. He said there was. It was not in there which could have been disastrous if we didn't luck into someone else having one. Juan did let us turn in the car at only 50% to compensate, but. He was super nice throughout but the experience also wasn't perfect!

Car is awesome! It was very clean at pick up with almost a full charge. Easy to find picking up from the airport. Car has good cargo space and lots of interior room. Very comfortable and fun to drive. Highly recommended!!!
