Great car and host. Took care of me and made sure i was good with the functions. Self driving was a cool feature just keep your hands on the steering wheel at all times.

They really went to above and beyond after another Turo cancelled last minute. They delivered the car to us at midnight. Great communication!

While I appreciate the last-minute booking and understand ratings impact a host future business, I need to be transparent in the experience of this vehicle and host. First, though pick up was selected at airport, this is not at the airport but offsite in a .5 mile walk. This transparency beforehand would have been much appreciated as this is not as described within the listing detail and walking with luggage in 95-degree weather was not pleasant. From other guests with me who have used Turo previously, they noted it was strange the level of calls I was getting and what I was being told. For example, when I arrived at the vehicle, I was explained I was expected to wash the vehicle upon return which is clearly not aligned with Turo policy. It was even told a specific car wash to go to when I return the vehicle. I was called also multiple times upon returning the vehicle and was in essence blackmailed I would only get a 5 star review if I provided a 5 star review first. I also have messages from the host alluding to this contingent rating. Also to note again given this trip was configured to be at the airport parking, so there isn't a way to disclose the drop off location in app given again I was asked not to drop off at the airport. This is very misleading. Next, car itself is not reflective of the photos. If you look at the listing photos, the car has a temp license plate dated 2024. As it is 2026 at the time of use and review, the car has a lot of wear and parts needed to be fixed. To name a few defects, the hatch is requiring adjustment and it looks like its about to fall off and throw out my luggage, additionally, there are various interior panels falling. As I and other guest also drive Teslas, the car's condition was very concerning. Several suspension noises are heard and inconsistent with the standard of Tesla vehicles. The car also has several aftermarket modifications to the vehicle in defective condition. This includes a spoiler almost falling off, rear seat display which is not functional, and third party steering wheel which is properly aligned (wheel is not straight while driving straight) and also inhibits the horn from being freely pushed. This raised a concerns on safety to be honest. There are positives, the car battery has really good range which is very surprising given this car has 100k miles upon use. I think it had more range than my Model Y with 1/2 the miles on it. In short, I saw there was a military sticker on the vehicle and appreciate your service and I understand you are using this car as your business but I need to be transparent for future renters.

Great experience lovely rental best experience in turo with my host and his amazing cars no issues ever all his experience of his 6 yeats he told me really make this a go to person. Don't hesitate worth the price and renting from him!
