Host was terrible , first I was given a Kia that had a check engine light , then I was given a Mercedes that smelled like something was burning
Never left one star, be careful with this renter. When KIA had an engine light we didn’t argue and offered to swap the car by reducing the price to accommodate his need. They had over one hour look at and no problem. At around midnight to 3 AM, he turned on the ignition many times without driving from 2 minutes up to 22 minutes straight. (shown at our two tracking systems). Turo towed the car based on his subjective opinion. Mercedes Benz confirmed nothing is wrong while we lost money

Great host and a smooth rental experience from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was easy and the host was responsive whenever I had questions. Pickup and drop-off were simple and convenient. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to other guests.
