It was a really great trip! I rented the car to see if I wanted to purchase the car for myself and I loved it.

The car ride is moving in the beginning. Besides the part where we had to wait for the car to be ready because it was in the shop being notified 30 minutes prior to pick up.. I had to make other arrangements for six hours.
Yesterday the check engine light came on which then the car started jerking, which allowed me not to drive the car and make other arrangements for me to get Get Around. That ended up costing me more money than I should’ve paid and I spent so much to rent this car.
Hello: unfortunately this wasn’t our fault. We had already contacted Turo to cancel your reservation because the guest prior to you messed the car up. We had no choice but to put it in the shop. We asked you up front what you wanted to do, you stated you wanted to wait. So for you to still leave a negative review is pretty insane. We appreciate your feedback
