Car wasn’t what I reserved then get older model of car I reserved with lights all on dashboard, breaks need to be fixed, engine oil light kept coming on telling me to shut car off had to do that 5x during 2 days of renting not to happy… I know not on team here but shouldn’t tell me my car isn’t available as I’m driving to location…

Very shortly after picking up the vehicle the car had a mechanical issue and Stephen and his team were very attentive to my needs and quick acting in making sure I had a swapped vehicle for my trip !! I will always continue to rent with them Stephen customer service is always impeccable!!!
