The communication was terrible with the owner. The car was unregistered and I was pulled over and the cop almost impounded the car.

Originally chose a seperate sedan a Kia forte. As I’m in the uber on the way, I get a message that my car isn’t available and they would send me options and replace vehicle at no additional cost. I had not been given options I was sent a link for a rav 4 I had no choice but to accept car and upon arrival they present a beat up Rav 4 with a missing hub cap, scratches and one side passenger side completely dented in. The car had clearly been through it. Not to mention the smell inside. I was in a rush to get to work and had no time to wait for another vehicle or complain any further. Two days later I needed to extend my trip. I chose the forte to begin with because of the price knowing there was a possibility I may need to extend and it was what I could afford. They barely were able to continue compensating me same price in order for me to extend and each day the daily charge increased and they barley took anything off. Even after reminding them of how I ended up with this vehicle in the first place and the condition it was given to me, the response was well you left with the vehicle anyway. The messages back and forth were rude on their part and they were very short. On day of return I asked if possible for someone to pick up vehicle as that is an option and the answer was “no”. Followed by a brief we are short staffed statement. Not the greatest with customer service and the car presentation was beyond disappointing. Not to mention the noises the car was making the entire time I had it. Not very professional to deal with compared to others on this app.

The pick up and drop-off is easy to locate and convenient, the communication was great. However, the cleanliness of the interior for this vehicle was not up to par. There are dents and marks on the exterior. I would rent from Stephen but not this vehicle.
