Headlight was out, I fixed it; haven’t been reimbursed and the car smells like smoke marijuana in the cup holder. No accountability just blaming the customer for the service we paid for

Be aware. I booked a car and then they switched it to a honda civic that smelled like smoke and then I notice the civic’s brake lights weren’t working. They switched it to a crv and then I notice the registration on the car was expired. I texted them and he said he would send a picture … he didn’t. I went to the location and it was closed and nobody was there. I left the car there and turned in the keys because who is going to drive around with expired registration. Just overall wasted my time.

Everything was great. I had an issue upon pick up that was quickly handled in professional manner. Five stars, would definitely recommend will be using again!
