Stephen was very polite, kind, and communicative throughout the entire rental process. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and was extremely helpful. The car I originally planned to rent was not available, but Stephen went above and beyond to help me find another car that worked for me. I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating he was throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend renting from him and would definitely rent from him again!
