Picked up car with mud all over the exterior, body damage throughout the car, missing front left bumper trim, check engine light came on as soon as I pulled out. Light jerking when you accelerate. Front windshield super dark tinited hard to see.

The pick up location was easy to find. Enriquillo had great communication, without being over being. He was flexible with and accommodating. I didn’t have any issues with the car. Previous comments mention the section of the front grill being gone and the smell of gas from there being no gas cap. Yes, those things were true. But honestly I think he compensated that by being more reasonable. It was a last minute extended weekend trip, and he was priced a decent amount less than many of the rentals. I’m sure if those cosmetic issues were not present, it would have been much more! Thank you Enriquillo for providing such a safe, smooth ride for me and my family!
