The pick up location was easy to find. Enriquillo had great communication, without being over being. He was flexible with and accommodating. I didn’t have any issues with the car. Previous comments mention the section of the front grill being gone and the smell of gas from there being no gas cap. Yes, those things were true. But honestly I think he compensated that by being more reasonable. It was a last minute extended weekend trip, and he was priced a decent amount less than many of the rentals. I’m sure if those cosmetic issues were not present, it would have been much more! Thank you Enriquillo for providing such a safe, smooth ride for me and my family!

Terrible, At pick up noticed all 4 tires were balding, front driverside air vents missing. Ask Host about canceling he stated the rental already started. Eventually stated he can work out discount and/or swap had cars returning the next day. Also assured me the car was safe to drive. I agreed, upon getting home notice wiper blades were worn, scratches were on the window. During trip brakes sensor light kept going off, states pads worn, faulty tall light kept coming on and tire pressure light. Tints on front windows are illegal shade. Contacted host the next day in regard to swap, he responded let me check. After that no more responses. Friday engine light came on host notified, no response. Needed car for concert got caught in storm, wipers blades completely useless, not safe at all. Saturday got to Jersey to drop off vehicle. Stop to get gas, station agent states car has no gas cap, host notified. Rental was a complete unsafe disaster.
