Kind employee met me with the car. AC doesn’t work - 3 babies and a pregnant wife sweating in 100 degrees weather. Car smelled like pure marjuana and smoke. The check AWD came on and was guided to not drive it. The team member who was in charge of communication through the app only responded hours later after the initial pick up. New car that they swapped already shows signs of no ac and check engine light on with ENGINE TOO HOT. I hope they can redeem themselves as this experience has been very difficult.

Shoutout to Stephen and his team. The SUV was clean, drove great, and was ready when promised. They made the rental process super easy with no issues at all. I’ll definitely be renting from them again.
