Al was a great host. A previous guest didn't return the car we were supposed to have on time and Al sprang into action to get us another vehicle within 20 minutes of landing. This was over an above even though it wasn't his fault at all. Turo put us both on infinite hold, so we worked it out between us and left their ineptitude out of it. Great experience after a scare! Thanks again.

Car was available and ready at time requested and was clean and fueled. Pick up in parking lot was a bit slow due to the shuttle but walking there was possible and likely a faster option. No issues during our trip including a border crossing that was smooth.

Regarding pickup, the parking lot we normally use was full at the time of your drop-off, so we had to use an alternate lot. Our usual parking location is typically just a short walk from arrivals and is often the fastest option. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again on your next trip!
