Car ran great! It did smell a little smokey.
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad the car ran great. Smoking is strictly against our policy, but unfortunately we cannot always control the actions of previous renters.
During our inspection, we did not detect a smoky odor, and we take extensive steps to professionally clean and deodorize our vehicles between rentals. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will have the vehicle professionally treated again to address any lingering smell.

Excellent service. Unfortunately the A/C went out but Al and Turo handled it well
Thank you for your review and for recognizing our service. Vehicle maintenance is a top priority for us, and we appreciate you bringing the A/C issue to our attention. We have since identified and fixed the problem. Because the A/C had not been used since last summer and we were just entering the warmer season, we were unaware an issue had developed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Future guests can book with confidence knowing vehicle maintenance and reliability are our highest priorities.
