Perfect trip. Easy pickup location at Buff-Niagara Airport. Host was easy to communicate with and the car has zero issues. Nothing broken, great transmission, acceleration, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

The car was terrible, brakes are grinding, the key is broken and if the battery went out in the key, there is no way to get in the vehicle; the bright lights do not work, it smelled like smoke and the febreeze that was left in there was empty. Absolutely terrible.

Review appears to stem from the guest's dissatisfaction with a delivery fee after requesting a different drop-off location, despite us refunding that fee in full. The vehicle is routinely maintained, state inspected, and is in excellent condition. It is a non-smoking vehicle. Comments describe hypothetical situations rather than issues that occurred. We encourage guests to review our long history of positive reviews.

During our inspection, we did not detect a smoky odor, and we take extensive steps to professionally clean and deodorize our vehicles between rentals. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will have the vehicle professionally treated again to address any lingering smell.
