This vehicle was perfect! It was clean and the pick up process was a breeze. No complaints, and would use this person again in the future.

Car was fine. Communication was poor. Pick up photos were fine. Communication was cryptic. Zero communication at drop off until the very last moment. We had already pulled into hourly parking, because that’s where we picked it up and we had no other information, when he texted another photo outside departures with something along the lines of “I’m here. Purple shirt.” Not helpful and too late. We parked the car in the same garage we picked up from.

Great car very affordable. The host had great communication helping us locate the vehicle and drop it off. Next time we come in Chicago definitely renting this exact same car.
