The communication with the host could have been much better. I had questions before my trip that were never answered, and I didn’t receive any reply. The pickup location was convenient, but I wasn’t informed that I would be charged because the car was dropped off hours before my trip even started. Clear communication about timing and fees would have made the experience smoother.
