The car was cleans and looked nice however the rain exposed its dire need for suspension work. I had to have it towed back due to unsafe conditions over 35 mph. It costed me a whole day of inconveniences going back and forth with Turo about my refund and having the trip ended so I could book something else. I also missed part of my refund because they counted the time it took to have it towed against my rental.
