Pickup said Livingston, which was fine with me. I had friends flying in and she suggested the airport if it was easier. Unknowingly there was $100 delivery fee and 80 dollar airport fees. Other than that it was okay.
Hi John. I’m so sorry. You were completely free to keep the pick up location in Livingston if you didn’t want to pay the additional airport a delivery fee. I wasn’t aware you were dissatisfied until now. I was looking out for the most convenience pick up for you as a guest. I felt I was being accommodating and left the communication door open for any questions or problems. Thanks for using Turo, and next time let your host know if you are dissatisfied right away. Your satisfaction is priority.
