Fantastic experience from start to finish! The host was incredibly helpful and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, making the pickup and drop-off completely seamless. The car itself was spotless, smelled fresh, and performed beautifully on the road without a single issue. Host was great. I did wake up one morning to the car having a flat tire. Turo Customer service was a challenge and I had to pay $230 for a tow and $120 for a tire. Not fun. Rental car agencies have been better to deal with in circumstances like this.

There was no low tire pressure - customer picked up some metal and tire was destroyed. I appreciate helpful criticism, but there was nothing I could have done to change these circumstances. This rating is hurtful to my business and unappreciated.
First off, I absolutely loved this Jeep so much that I now want one for myself. As a short 5’2 girl, this was the perfect size for me and had the perfect amount of space for the wedding I coordinated and needed something bigger than my car.
I will absolutely be using Christopher again. Communication was easy and the pick-up/drop-off was seamless.
