This was my first time using Turo, and overall it was a great experience. Pickup went smoothly. Before arriving, I looked through the photos, but I didn’t realize an additional picture had been added showing where the key was located. When I couldn’t find the key, I called the contact number. The gentleman who answered came across as a little short with me, but once I figured everything out, the rest of the process went smoothly.
The car was clean, drove well, and was exactly what I needed. Despite the small misunderstanding at pickup, I would still give this rental 5 stars and would definitely rent from them again.
