Car was clean and the pick up was easy and drop off was easy!
However I will say WAY TO MUSCH ARMOR ALL ON THE FLOOR MATS, TOO SLIPPERY!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander was spotless, well-maintained, and drove like it was brand new. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for both city driving and longer trips. The ride was smooth, the technology was easy to use, and it had plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The host was professional, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and hassle-free. Everything was exactly as described, and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience.
I would absolutely rent this Grand Highlander again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and premium SUV.

We were frustrated with this car rental host. When we arrived at the Atlanta airport the directions to the car were very minimal. There are multiple hourly garages and we went to the wrong one first. We were lugging two toddlers, two car seats, a stroller and three bags. When we asked for clarification on where the car was the response was “it’s a tall building”…. We had to go inside and ask multiple people where they thought the car was. A simple aerial screenshot with a line showing where the car is parked would have been easy to do/helpful. When we got to the car and left the garage, there was a surprise $125 parking bill we had to pay to get out! This was really not cool. According to the parking monitor, the host parked the car in an hourly lot a day before. If we are going to pay the fee to exit the garage, we should have been offered an option of where to park, hourly, daily, or long-term lots. The car itself was great and clean. But the factors around pickup made us never want to rent from Turo again.

The truth is I parked the car in hourly parking cuz customer always want something closer and convenient and she didn’t say that the price went up because she show up 9 hrs after dropping time , I knew cuz I unlocked the doors remotely for her almost 9 hrs later due to her flight that was coming late , she’s just dramatic .
Car was amazing, so luxurious and fun to drive. Jean was wonderful and pick up and drop off were flawless. 5 stars.
