Weirdest experience ever! People who actually are in front of customers renting the cars are very rude and I don't know who authorized people with attitudes and personalities like they have to work with people

First and foremost, I was not rude to you. You stopped at the drop-off location, and then, after getting back into the vehicle, you drove off and ripped the fender guard from underneath the car. I witnessed you remove the damaged piece and throw it away, which appeared to be an attempt to cover up the damage that had been done to the vehicle. When I informed you that I saw what happened and saw you throw the piece away, you immediately became defensive.
I would totally rent from Sasha again. Everything was perfect. Seamless pick up and drop off. Very courteous. Car was clean and full on gas. Thanks for your great service
