Great experience. Kevin is a great host! Very prompt and extremely helpful. The vehicle was nice and good on gas. Would definitely rent again.

Too many unnecessary instructions to open a lock box, requested for me to take a selfie when I get to the vehicle (which I refused- cause it was creepy), did not give any warning on the horrible condition of the vehicle.
Asking a guest to take a selfie during a contact-less transaction is pretty common. I'm not sure what's going on personally with this guest.

Host was very thorough with directions, some minor things with the car could have been better. But overall good experience 👍🏽
The vehicle was fully diagnosed on Saturday, parts were ordered, service was scheduled, and the vehicle is snooze until repairs are completed on Tuesday(5/18/26).
