Car was vommited in and host still rented it out for three days and delivered it despite knowingly trying to clean it. Smell was bad enough I couldn’t keep reservation.
Turo helped me find another comparable car. 🙏🏼

We respectfully disagree with this review. There was no vomit in the vehicle, nor was the check engine light on. While the guest expressed concerns about an odor, we made every effort to handle the situation professionally. The review misrepresents the circumstances surrounding the attempted last-minute cancellation. Unfortunately, we will not be accepting future bookings from this guest.

I absolutely loved this suv. It basically looks brand new. It is exactly the way that it looks in photos., I dare to say it actually looks better than what it looks like in the photos. It is so clean. Like fresh off the lot from the dealership brand new clean. Beautifully maintained. And Brittani was a phenomenal host, superb customer service, easy, pick up and drop off, easy and thorough instructions. Great . Any time I come to visit this area I pray that this vehicle is available for me to rent. I would definitely rent again.
