This lady said I scratched her vehicle when I did not scratch her car. I’ve been renting from Turo for years and never had an accident or any damages reported. I have witnesses that can verify I did no damage to her car plus there was plenty of scratches on her car when I rented it.
Lauren is not telling the truth. She is trying to avoid paying the $50. I have photos before and after. I know what damages are on the vehicle before and after the rental. I have been trying to send them to you but need further assistance from Turo. I'm sorry you didn't want to own up but have been responding with a cover up. If you would have apologized and accepted responsibility from the getgo, I would have taken care of the damages without contacting you or Turo. The truth will prevail.
