Dionne was amazing! She was on-time which was great! Car was clean and working perfectly! I really enjoyed this vehicle! I would definitely rent again!

The car itself will get you from a to b, but unfortunately the car smells very bad and it desperately needs a tune up. I'm grateful I was able to rent it when I needed to, but I would not recommend renting this car for more than a few days unless some changes were made.

The smell was in the car only upon return, when I noticed it, I strongly disinfected the car. This car was diagnosed just before the rental not to have any ignition, tune up or tire problems by a pro auto repair shop who recently installed new tire sensors. Upon pickup this guest kept turning the ignition key forward when the car was already on causing the screeching noise. When I told her that she did not seem concerned. Let's see if the present guest says what this guest said.

I rented the car for 1 month, it ran great, no mechanical issue, good on Gas, well maintained and very clean when Dionne dropped it off.
It was very easy to communicate with her as well.
I will recommend rented from her and I will definitely rent from Dionne again!
