Had to return vehicle AC doesn’t work. I asked the owner if it worked to his face he said yes but that was clearly a lie

Please forgive me for the inconvenience I understand your are not happy with my vehicle however the AC does work Great!!! You never ask me anything about the AC if I remember correctly you just ask about the tires and are they good to make it to flagstaff and I said they are new tires!!!! Again sorry for the inconvenience!!!
