Host was very accommodating and communication was almost instant!
Pick up / Drop-off was easy and simple if you communicate with the host.
Vehicle was in great condition and drove like a dream.
Supercharging is charged directly to host and billed after trip.
FSD is not included and must be requested at an extra cost...however it worked flawlessly in Chicago traffic including downtown + highways. Just make sure you research how to use it before requesting it as it may be a little scary for first timers.
It is keycard only for anyone who's used to driving their own Tesla with phone key. But still super easy to use.
Highly recommend this host and their Model Y and will probably book again in the future!

It's true as other reviews said about communications. Poor instructions will get you lost and frustrated at ORD. Beware owner attempted to pass on the incidental charge cost of the Tesla Super Charging cost after car was returned and charged for airport terminal parking ticket when this was not disclosed at the time of booking the reservation. Thankfully TURO has great customer service and they took immediate action to promptly resolved the issue by issuing a credit back. Car was not washed at pick up and there was some trash I had to discard which made it kind of uneasy. Car did have a carwash pass but it is only beneficial if you like to rent a car to get car washes. Very IMPORTANT owner attempted to go offline the TURO platform to settle the overcharges via PayPal and I was skeptical since this would not be transparent on TURO. Reported to TURO and they took care of this immediately. No doubt the TESLA Y is nice and front window has tint so good sun protection but if you like to record videos and photos while driving it will be slightly dim.
