I rented Alejandro’s car before and had a good experience. Unfortunately this time was not as smooth. First of all, the car was brought to the agreed upon drop-off location in Cambridge about an hour and a half after the official reservation start time. Additionally I was overcharged for fueling the car only after it was picked up by the host in Cambridge and driven all the way to Rhode Island. The fuel receipt clearly shows the car was driven to Rhode Island and refueled there resulting in a higher-than otherwise charge to me.

Superb car, extremely communicative host! I would certainly rent again. Alejandro was kind enough to allow a last minute extension of my trip by two hours. I really appreciated it.
