Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing rental experience. We had the vehicle for approximately 24 hours because we genuinely needed transportation and initially tried to make the situation work. However, after inspecting the vehicle more thoroughly in daylight and actually driving it, the condition was far worse than we initially realized.
The vehicle had extensive exterior damage, missing/broken exterior trim and components, significant scraping, stains on the interior, missing interior pieces, and a heavily scratched/damaged touchscreen. The overall condition was noticeably below what I would expect from a rental vehicle.
More concerning, however, were the brakes and overall driving experience. The vehicle did not feel safe or comfortable to drive, and I ultimately was not comfortable continuing to operate it.
I understand that rental vehicles can have normal wear and tear, but this went well beyond that. The combination of the vehicle’s physical condition and the concerns with its drivability made this an unacceptable rental experience. I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting and test-driving the vehicle before committing to the rental.

I just wanna say thank you to the Owner because I needed a way to and from work after my car was totaled in an accident. I kept the Jeep for about a month with no issues.
