Idk where to start...Pick up was super easy. The car was very clean and full of gas. Has some dents, scrapes and scratches you cant see in pics but no biggie. The car rides smoothly but does sound a little louder than expected when excelerating. So now comes the disappointing events; 1st: the insurance papers weren't up to date in the glove box but I was sent a pic of valid insurance immediately after I brought it to Joe's attention. 2nd: The back windshield wiper didn't work. Another was ordered but I would have to come another day for installation. 3rd: The air went out on the vehicle. I took it back to have it recharged and it worked well. The air went out again 3 days later. When I was on my way to have the car looked at agian on Friday, I was first told I could exchange the vehicle for something different then within minutes I was told that nothing would be available until the next day... "maybe". I had a trip planned the next day, Saturday, so I asked what else could be done. My response was read and just left there until I asked again on Sunday what could be done. I waa then told I could cancel my trip and book another vehicle. The vehicle was ready when I arrived. I was sent a link to book the other car but unfortunately couldn't book it on the same day I had to cancel the Terrain. My trip was interrupted and while trying to make a decision to move forward with another vehicle, I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience other than the Turo refund for the rest of the days I had to cancel. Gas is a gazillion dollars a gallon. I waisted it coming to get air conditioning recharged that I'm not totally convinced that noone was made aware of. There was a review under Joe's personal reviews that says the air didn't work well and sounds like a lawnmower left just 3 days before my trip was booked. Unfortunately I didnt see that review until a week into my trip. Seemed likely that a complaint was probably made prior to my trip about the air but not mentioned. Hope this review helps. Joe was cool an all but this Terrain is not.

The AC barely worked and it sounded like you were driving a lawnmower but it ran well and pickup and drop-off was very easy. I would rent here again.
