The car was okay but def needed brakes. I requested a car seat on the app so I’m not sure if it was Turo fault or the owner but I was traveling by myself with a soon to be one yr old during our trip and to find out that there was no car seat after booking the vehicle was beyond disappointing and a huge inconvenience. The owner informed me I could cancel and rebook a new vehicle but that would have caused more of an inconvenience. After figuring out the car seat situation I asked the owner if I could return the car a day early and that was not allowed even though it would have truly helped me while flying with a then new one yr old. It wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped it would be and I figured the driver could have been more helpful.
