Allen is a life saver. I accidentally chose the wrong location for pick-up and messaged him in a panic. He explained how to change the location and accommodated my request. I was traveling alone so having a safe, reliable car was important. Would absolutely book again!

Car was parked as it should be in the garage as Turo specifies The exact parking location was given level and parking spot. Not sure what else I could've done better.
