The car was dirty when I got it, it smelled very bad, I tried returning the same day had to the next day and only for half the money when I reserved 4 days, they were very rude

I went to pick up the car and nobody was there to help me. It was a whole hour later before I could take the car. I asked for a partial refund, but no response. I will not be renting from these people again.
