The car had a funny smell, like old smoke. It took me 30 minutes to find out that I had been sent the wrong code for the key, and a day after my return, the owner had the nerve to accuse me of smoking marijuana in the vehicle. I am a registered nurse and seven months pregnant. How dare anyone say that?

Unfortunately, this guest returned the vehicle with a strong odor of marijuana despite acknowledging our strict no-smoking policy. Turo’s No Smoking Policy prohibits smoking marijuana, tobacco, or vaping in rental vehicles. Despite agreeing to these terms, the guest failed to respect our vehicle and rental policies. As a result, this guest will no longer be permitted to rent any vehicles from our fleet.
The car drives great! And the host was very nice!

The car was dirty when I got it, it smelled very bad, I tried returning the same day had to the next day and only for half the money when I reserved 4 days, they were very rude
