The car was at pick area.
Guest did not select airport delivery yet abandoned the vehicle in a secured terminal zone at LNK causing panics (serious security violation, a crime at most airports) instead of returning it to the designated location. This triggered security concerns, citation, towing, and impound fees. The behavior was reckless and irresponsible. Even questioned the charges, but Turo charged guest after proof of receipts from Capital Towing and citations from LNK airport. Would not rent to this guest again.
