First car I booked (tahoe) had tags that were EXPIRED BY 3 MONTHS... it also had a huge bundle of wires hanging out under the center of the dash. And a makeshift center console that was just screwed to the floor. I wish I had more good things to say. The replacement vehicle (equinox) was alright except for one of the windshield wipers being the completely wrong type for the car and they decided tying it on with a hair tie would be good enough while taking my trip through rain and fog. The only good thing I can say is he had good customer service when I called him about the problem he caused.

Had a communication issue to start the trip, but the owner and his team did everything they could to amend and compensate me. Very grateful for their outstanding follow-up. Went above and beyond.

Car was fine. Owner very helpful and answers quickly. The Apple car play doesn’t work. I connected the phone to the car and use the speaker for directions. Please fix the windshield wiper.( the elastic band won’t hold)
