The 4Runner was great. New and pretty clean. Appreciated that we didn’t have to return the car clean (as long as it wasn’t super dirty). Communication was good. Run as a business and not someone’s personal vehicle, which I preferred. Instructions on where to catch the shuttle to the Turo lot (behind Target) were helpful. One concern was that we found a strange white substance wedged in the driver’s seat from the previous renters. We were concerned about just throwing it away and ended up dropping it at a Police station just to be safe. Other than that (weird) issue, all went good with our Turo.
