We’ve rented from Nathaniel before and it was a wonderful experience so we chose to do it again. Unfortunately, this time, we saw a likely roach infestation in the car. We decided to end the trip early and get another rental, to which Nathaniel was very understanding and accommodating. In fact, even though I booked a non-refundable trip, he offered to refund me for unused time which was greatly appreciated. Nathaniel is a great host all around.
We realize that roaches are a potential issue in tropical islands and it’s not something that hosts can completely control. I would just suggest that, since it’s a known risk, maybe reserve some cars as potential replacements in case this happens and customers want to switch cars.
All in all, thank you Nathaniel for your kindness and generosity.

I am so sorry you experienced that! It has been treated twice! We don’t always drive the cars and roaches usually come out at night so we don’t always see them cleaning. We rely on guest feedback and appreciate you being so understanding! Again, it was instantly taken care of and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience!
