The car was excellent and the overall experience was great. I’m only giving it 4 stars because the pickup process could be smoother for first-time users. It would be highly helpful if the booking confirmation explicitly stated that the Turo app is mandatory for the entire process. Additionally, Hawaii airports lack clear signage showing you where to go for Turo-related shuttles or pickups. Once you figure that out, everything is fantastic!
