The car was in great condition. It drove very well and we felt safe and comfortable driving around the island. The pickup and drop off locations and instructions were clear. Mona was a wonderful communicator! We would rent again. Thank you.

Had some trouble getting up hills but went slow and it made it up. May need to check transmission. Overall had an enjoyable time driving this car.

Note: The Crosstrek handles paved/light gravel roads well but isn’t built for off-road use. Driving in the rough Miloliʻi terrain may have caused the hill-climbing issues.
