Car and everything was great but we had an issue with the ID verification. I provided the info required by Turo and blocked out the rest on my ID and he initially denied the verification because I covered certain and said he was going to cancel the trip last minute which caused us unnecessary stress at the beginning of our trip.

Glad you enjoyed the vehicle. To clarify, the license submitted had required information covered. Per Turo’s verification requirements, the issuing state, date of birth, and expiration date must be visible. I simply asked for a new photo so the required verification could be completed before releasing the vehicle.
