The front tire lost air. I contacted the owner who was no help. He told me to contact the Turo Road Assistance to put on the spare tire They never showed up. It was a disaster
Aloha Denny! The unexpected tire issue was very unfortunate, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We immediately tried to find a replacement vehicle within our fleet, but none were available at the time. We then advised contacting Turo Support for roadside assistance and followed up multiple times to check if you were able to connect with them, but we did not receive a response. We truly regret the experience and exhausted all available options to assist.

Great car and very easy process to check in and check out. Highly recommend. Also reminder there is a Turo shuttle to and from the airport!
