Just a side note about pick up and drop off at Lihue airport. It is not at the airport, you are picked up by a shuttle, then transported about 10-15 minutes away to a target parking lot. The shuttle is typically every 20 minutes, however it can be longer if only one is running or there is traffic. Make sure to leave plenty of time at the end of your trip to navigate this. Traffic in Lihue is heavier M-F 6:30-8a, 3:30-530p per the driver.
