Car was great, very easy to drive and park in small spaces. Key fob didn’t work to unlock or lock the car half the time. Reached out to the owner/manager, never responded.

Nathaniel was responsive, professional, and did everything he could to help once I reported the issue. Unfortunately, during my rental I discovered multiple cockroaches in the vehicle. Living on a tropical island, I understand that seeing an occasional bug is sometimes unavoidable; however, this appeared to be more than just a stray cockroach and felt like an infestation.
Nathaniel offered treatment, but there were no alternative vehicles available for a swap. At that point, I simply wasn’t comfortable continuing to use the car. While I appreciate his efforts and communication throughout the situation, the condition of the vehicle significantly impacted my experience.
I hope the issue can be fully addressed for future renters, as Nathaniel was kind and genuinely tried to make things right.

Car struggled with inclines greater than 4° and even stalled out three times on sharp inclines
That car has never had any issues. Are you sure that wasn’t the stop start to save gas? It shuts off when you’re at a stop. That’s the only thing I can think that would be an issue. Mahalo for your business.
