Awesome car and perfect for our needs. Kathleen was very accommodating on a last minute request and the car rides wonderful and AC is top notch!!! Would recommend and use again!!

Everything about the car itself was great.
The communication about pick up and drop off was sent via text instead of the app and very unclear instructions about drop off. This is a bad idea if someone was visiting from another country and relying on wifi for comms and not cell service. Someone else parked in spot we picked up from so I had to drop off in wrong spot.

We appreciate your feedback. Our apologies if the instructions were unclear however, we did send step by step directions for pick up and drop off using text as we've learned that sometimes our guests don't get notifications from the app immediately versus using cell data. We will make sure to send it both ways next time. Also, there is no wrong space for you to have turned it in- the parking area is designated for all Turo cars- this was specified in the directions. Mahalo!
