This was my first time using Turo.
Brent is great, he made the entire trip easy, and his Jeep is in great shape. Rent from him, you are helping a hard working family man who is honest and caring (rather than some big rental company). He even gave me a chair, umbrella and a cooler, which I had not thought to rent! We will rent from him when we come back to Kauai for sure.

The Jeep was a fantastic way to explore Kauai. The drives around the island are incredible, and the open-air experience made it easy to fully appreciate the scenery. The vehicle was in great condition throughout the trip.
Brent went above and beyond when someone cut the fuel tube on the Jeep. He drove out, replaced the damaged part, and got us back on the road within a couple of hours. While this is apparently something that occasionally happens on Kauai, it was reassuring to have such a responsive host who handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Brent was also a pleasure to work with: friendly, communicative, and full of helpful local recommendations. He even provided rides to and from the airport, which made the trip even more convenient. I would gladly rent from him again.

10/10 host! The Jeep was everything we needed for exploring the island, and the entire rental process was smooth. Pickup and dropoff to and from the airport were seamless. Brent was friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better.
We ended up returning the Jeep later than expected, and Brent was very understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend renting from him if you're visiting Kauai!
