Jeep worked smoothly, perfect for all our activities!!

Lovely trip with jeep, any issues that were needing to be tended too it was an extremely easy and smooth way to be helped by Melvin!

The Jeep ran well and was a good for our trip. We had issues with one head light not in working. We notified the owner and he thought he fixed the problem, however the following evening while driving home from Waimea Canyon the head lights went completely off and then would briefly work again, then back to one light working, then both completely off again and (repeat). Seemed like a wiring glitch. It was dangerous.
The owner swapped us a vehicles the next day to address the issue. He thought he fixed the problem, but once we got it back, we found out the glitch was still happening. We informed the owner of the continued glitch and had to choose not to drive at night. So our plans to pick up a friend from the airport didn't' work. I was disappointed that the owner didn't offer any rebate or discount.

We originally had a different car in mind, but the host was able to accommodate another car once he found out it was raining great service!
