The car was well maintained and clean. It comfortably fitted a family of five with all our luggage as well as some bulky items - a stroller and a baby carrier. Brent installed car seats for our young ones which was very helpful. Brent was very friendly, very responsive and super communicative.
There was a minor mechanical issue with the car along the way but Brent took care of it very promptly.
All in all Brent is a great guy and the car was exactly what we needed for the trip.

Car was great and me and my family of 4 enjoyed taking it around Kauai. But even more importantly was that Brent was undoubtedly the best Turo rental experience I’ve ever had by a long shot and I’ve used Turo all over the country for many years. Not exaggerating when I say renting from Brent was on another level. He personally gave us a ride to airport even though he didn’t have to, gave us recommendations on the island for sights and restaurants, let us (at no cost) use boogey boards and umbrellas, and his communication was prompt, and incredible. I never leave reviews and haven’t ever felt compelled to gush about a rental experience…ever. But Brent’s kindness and professionalism changed my mind and I will only rent from him when we are back in Kauai. Trustworthy, honest, and a good human. Mahalo Brent!

Brent and family were wonderful! They were helpful, gave clear directions on how everything works from getting to and from the airport (which was an easy shuttle to his house and then they gave us a ride, after we dropped off the car.)
They gave a great list on helpful places to go and explore. They left us feeling safe and taken care of during our 3 week stay and we are very grateful. Mahalo, A Hui Hou!
