The car was great and trip was smooth. The pickup and drop off location has poor cell phone coverage for Tmobile and cell reception is needed for Turo.

Hi Daniel, we are so glad you enjoyed the car. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over your cell phone coverage on the island and ultimately, Turo does not either. Next time, Target does offer free WiFi that you can connect to at the lot if needed.
