Vehicle was perfect for the island. Pick-up at the LIH Turo lot was simple and Will provided all the add-ons we requested. Everything was neatly organized in the back and we had just enough room for 3 of us + luggage and the 3 chairs, coolers and other beach gear (could not have fit luggage, add-ons and a 4th person so think thru space constraints coming from the airport if you're including add-ons.). Drop off was seamless. The shuttle has a QR code posted at the pick up/ drop off stand in the parking lot that allows you to see where the shuttle is and the approximate wait time, which ishelpful. All in all, great rental experience.
