Car didn’t have working a/c so we returned it shortly after getting it today. It was like 87 degrees and was unbearable to not have air conditioning. The back seat fan didn’t even blow air at all.

I am so sorry about this. No previous guest said anything. I do want to follow up and say we gave you a full refund and brought it straight up to our mechanic. It is fixed and brought back to our lot. So sorry for your inconvenience!
Super helpful whenever we reached out. We also rented equipment that was ready in the car for us. Car was clean and worked great. I would rent again from Nathaniel next time I am on the island!
